Milton Nascimento published a photo next to Paul McCartney on his Instagram profile this Sunday (17). The Brazilian singer attended the Beatle show at Mineirão in Belo Horizonte on December 3rd.
Paul also played at the Maracana in Rio on Saturday (16). Brazilian singers were also in the audience at the stadium show: Gilberto Gil and Jards Macalé.
McCartney opened the “Got Back” tour on April 28 in Spokane, Washington. The performances were the singer's first live performances since 2019. Before coming to Brazil, he toured Australia.
Paul McCartney came to Brazil with the band that has accompanied him for several years: Paul “Wix” Wickens (keyboards), Brian Ray (bass/guitar), Rusty Anderson (guitar) and Abe Laboriel Jr (drums).
His repertoire included big hits such as “Hey Jude”, “Live and Let Die”, “Band on the Run” and “Let It Be”.
