Russian special military operation in Ukraine…After the news…

Russia this Monday denied any responsibility for the massacre of civilians in the Ukrainian city of Bucha on the outskirts of the capital Kyiv and asked for the matter to be discussed in the United Nations Security Council.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov today believed that the alleged massacre in Bucha should be discussed at the highest possible international level, but the Russian initiative to do so in the Security Council was blocked citing the UK’s rejection of the rotating presidency of the highest decision-making body in the country holds the UN.

In his press statements today, Peskov expressed his distrust of the videos released from Bucha, in which dozens of corpses can be seen on the city streets, and stressed that this information needed to be scrutinized, adding that specialists from the Russian Ministry of Defense found traces of forgery.

Peskov stressed that the facts and timing of events in Bucha do not support the reliability of the videos, noting that Russian troops left Bucha on March 30.

After this retreat, the mayor of the city, Anatoly Fedoruk, confirmed the liberation of the city, saying neither about dead bodies on the streets nor about appalling destruction, and only four days later.

Even the National Police of Ukraine themselves showed a day earlier how Bucha was raking and there were no bodies lying on the street.

The Kremlin spokesman appealed to everyone, especially the international leadership, to avoid hasty statements and groundless accusations, to seek information from various sources and at least to pay attention to Moscow’s arguments.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who described the alleged massacre as a staging by the Ukrainian authorities and their Western patrons, which was disseminated via all channels and social networks, also complained that there was a false attack after the Russian military personnel left Bucha.

Lavrov emphasized that the authors of the theater in Bucha intend to use it against Russia and stressed that this constellation poses a direct threat to world peace and security, and hence his call for an urgent session of the UN Security Council.

The Russian Defense Ministry also called the photos and videos released about Bucha a new montage and assured that no local civilian was attacked during the stay of the Russian soldiers in this city.

At the same time, the highest military authority reminded that the southern suburbs of Bucha, including residential areas, were bombarded 24 hours a day by the Ukrainian military with large-caliber artillery, tanks and multiple-missile systems.

Moreover, on March 30, all Russian units completely withdrew from Bucha, and the northern exits of the city were not blocked, while the southern outskirts were shelled by Ukrainian troops.

The head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexandr Bas-Trikin, ordered the photos and videos of the events in Bucha to be examined, noting that, according to ongoing investigations, they are fake and a montage that was circulated to get around the Distorting image of the military of the Slavic nation.

Bas-trikin ordered that measures be taken to identify those involved in this farce and to assess their actions from a legal point of view, under the article of the Criminal Code criminalizing the public dissemination of intentionally false information about the armed forces.

Ukrainian authorities and Western media released a video shot in Bucha showing the bodies of alleged victims along a road.

However, many users questioned the veracity of Kiev’s accusations against Moscow, noting that there was no blood in the pictures near the bodies and drawing attention to the white armbands worn by some of the alleged “dead”.

These bandage armbands are worn by separatist militiamen from Ukraine’s Donbass region who are allies of Russia.

Users also noted that the suspected “deceased” suddenly start moving their arms, and the cameraman’s car’s rear-view mirror shows one of the suspects changing position as a vehicle drives by.

Neither short nor lazy, without evidence of the alleged Russian massacre and without considering Moscow’s arguments, the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom have argued that they are preparing new sanctions against the Slavic nation, a retaliation that Ukraine don’t stop demanding all the days.
