Sarah Ferguson has revealed she is battling an aggressive form of skin cancer – just months after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
The Duchess of York's spokesman said the diagnosis was “worrying” but that she was otherwise in good spirits.
The malignant melanoma was discovered after her dermatologist asked to test multiple moles at once when the Duchess underwent reconstructive surgery following her mastectomy.
This came after both King Charles and the Princess of Wales underwent treatment for their respective health issues and Prince Harry and Meghan sought their support.
The couple reportedly got in touch as Kate spends her sixth day recovering from abdominal surgery at the London Clinic and King Charles prepares for treatment for his enlarged prostate.
A source told The Mirror: “The King and Princess of Wales have received support from Prince Harry and Meghan regarding their health. The Duke and Duchess contacted both parties in different ways to convey their concerns and best wishes.”

Prince Harry may have been unaware of King's condition
Prince Harry may not have been informed about King Charles' enlarged prostate before the news was revealed to the public, the Telegraph says.

For Prince Harry, it was early in the morning when the announcement was made, so he may have missed direct messages, the Telegraph reported.

Who in the royal family is out of action?
With the King due to be hospitalized next week to correct his mild condition and William – next in line to the throne – and Kate out of action for the immediate future, Charles has been downsizing his monarchy – three of the most senior members of the royal family missing – during During his reign he was put under pressure in a way that had never been seen before.
Majesty magazine's Joe Little said the health problems had exacerbated the problem for the small group of working royals.
Mr Little said: “Working members of the Royal Family have been under pressure to maintain the level of engagement undertaken by a much larger team in previous years.
“The sudden exclusion of three of the oldest players for health reasons significantly exacerbates the problem, but at least the King will only be out of action for a relatively short period of time.”
The Queen is still officiating engagements, joining the Princess Royal, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke of Kent and Princess Alexandra as the current active monarchy – with the latter two in recent years appear increasingly frail over the years.

His Majesty has rendered a great service to the health of the nation
As a man of a certain age and an avid hypochondriac, I was disturbed by the news of the king's health. I was equally pleased to learn that our 75-year-old ruler will soon be back to happiness and happiness as he needs treatment for benign prostate enlargement (BPE) next week.
Although BPE is problematic, it is a completely natural phenomenon that affects the water supply of 60 percent of men over 60. Normally it poses neither a serious nor a fatal health threat, so I feel a little sorry for the country's beleaguered GPs who, thanks to the royal spotlight, will soon be asked to carry out basic assessments of thousands of worried elderly gentlemen.
It is a great honor of the king that he allowed his prostate to “come out,” so to speak. Employees should be able to speak freely about their waterworks and not be ashamed to seek medical advice. That wasn't always the case in this situation.
