Quebec police will set up a command post in the Sainte-Foy sector on Wednesday morning to try to identify a suspect who allegedly committed multiple sexual assaults within a few months.
According to the authorities, the man is said to have committed at least four sexual assaults against women sitting alone outside in a short period of time.
“He walks up to her, pulls down his trousers, masturbates and commits an offense of a sexual nature. Then he runs away,” said William Robitaille, spokesman for the Quebec City Police Service (SPVQ).
The suspect is a white man, approximately 30 to 35 years old. He weighs about 68 kg, is about 1.83 m tall and has brown hair.
Therefore, a command post will be stationed at the Canadian Tire parking lot at 1170 Route de l'Église at approximately 10 a.m. to collect information on this issue.
As part of this investigation, citizens are invited to a meeting with the police. Additionally, the SPVQ reminds you to contact 9-1-1 immediately if you believe you have been a victim of the man in question.
