This comes after Roxy recently shared a sneak peek into the renovation of her Singapore apartment, which cost $45,000 a month.

Roxy, who managed to secure an apartment in the city’s prestigious Ardmore Residence, shared a photo on Instagram late last month.

She had about five workers install new floors in the incredible apartment, with the work taking place indoors.

Roxy’s stylish white couch and nautical-themed pillows were featured in the apartment’s beautiful sunroom.

“It’s all systems go today,” Roxy captioned the photo.

Roxy secured a palatial four-bedroom apartment in the building after selling her Sydney mansion for $16 million.

The socialite has yet to move into the exclusive apartment and will probably stay at the city’s Capella residences while the apartment is finished.

Located just a short walk from Orchard Road entertainment district, Ardmore’s 36-story tower was designed by renowned architect Ben van Berkel.

The apartments feature a seamless flow of living and dining areas, as well as a well-shaded, double-height balcony, perfect for entertaining.

The house has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so there is enough space for husband Oliver and children Hunter (9) and Pixie (12).

In addition to panoramic city views, the well-equipped home features an open kitchen as well as V-Zug appliances and a Liebherr refrigerator.

The home features luxurious travertine marble in the living and dining areas and beautiful oak floors in the bedrooms.

The exclusive residence has a range of communal facilities including a 50-meter lap pool, a hot tub and a children’s pool.

The tower also features a gym overlooking the pool and gardens, as well as an elegant clubhouse used by the building’s residents.

The building is just a short walk from the famous Orchid Road, a place with lively entertainment and restaurants.

Roxy is believed to be staying at the exclusive Capella Singapore while she waits for the new apartment to be ready.

Rumor has it that the PR star flew to Los Angeles to set up the new property at Restoration Hardware.

For the new residential complex, a complete furniture store will be shipped to Singapore by air freight.

Roxy and her children recently moved to the East Asian country to be with husband Oliver Curtis, leaving their beloved Sydney for good.
