Taylor took the stage as images from the women's cricket test match between Australia and South Africa were projected on television screens in boxes at the concert, which ironically took place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Pictures shared on X (formerly Twitter) show SA bowler Anneke Bosch preparing to bowl a delivery – while Taylor can be seen belting out a tune in the background.

Thousands of the pop star's fans flocked to the arena two hours before the show began at 6:30 p.m. to avoid the long lines to get in.
