At one point, the driver lost control of the car and it spun violently until it collided with the rock face of the road. The driver was the sole survivor. New Zealand actress Peta Rutter also suffered a similar fate. Known for her role as the White Ranger in the Mystic Force season, but also with minor work in other series and films, she died on July 20, 2010 at the age of only 50 from complications of a brain tumor.
The tragic deaths don’t end there. Richard Michael Genelle, Ernie on the series, owner of the bar where the vigilantes went, died of a heart attack in December 2008 at the age of 47. A cardiac event also claimed the life of Robert Marahanthe voice of Zordon, the rangers’ mentor, at 43.

Machiko rope, Japanese actress and singer with many years of anime experience in her country, put herself in the shoes of evil and remembered Rita Repulsa in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in August 2005 and on May 7, 2006 a friend found her dead while visiting her home. He was 68 years old.
