The serial criminal is suspected of horribly beating three Philly women

A serial criminal arrested for a brutal auto theft is suspected of being behind two other violent attacks on women in Philadelphia, including a horrific triple whammy caught on camera.

Malcom White, 36, of Brooklyn, was arrested Thursday after allegedly punching a woman in the face, pulling her out of her car by the hair and choking her before stealing the vehicle in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Police say they believe White is also responsible for beating and sexually assaulting another woman earlier that day, as well as the culprit for the brutal and unprovoked beating of three women on Wednesday night, Fox 29 reported.

The later incident was captured on a Ring camera and shows the moment a man believed to be white walked past the three women and suddenly punched one of them in the face.

One of the women starts screaming and tries to help the victim, but the man hits her too, and as she stumbles backwards and falls, he continues to hit her.

The third woman rushes to help as the first victim yells “F**k you” at the man, who then brutally beats the heroic woman.

All victims try to help each other against their attacker, who storms off just as another man arrives at the scene. They did not know him and no possible motive for the violence was identified.

Philadelphia Chief Inspector Frank Vanore told reporters Thursday that victims of Wednesday’s attack included a 29-year-old and two 27-year-olds.

He added that another woman, in her 30s, was beaten unconscious by someone just 20 minutes later.

White is said to be responsible not only for these attacks, but also for a sexual assault that took place a few hours later.

Vanroe told Fox that a woman in her 20s was on her way to work around 7:30 a.m. and was followed off her bus by a man on North Ridge Avenue.

When she arrived at her office building, the woman was attacked by the man, who also sexually abused her and stole her phone.

Police traced that phone to the town of Whitpane, where White was arrested for carjacking later in the day. Police took White into custody after he tried to avoid them in a wooded area near the incident.

Law enforcement sources told Fox that White was released from prison in January and has a history of assaulting female prison guards in New York.

White had been released from the Clinton County Jail after serving a 12-year sentence on drug and assault charges.

In 2010, he was held in prison without bail for alleged trafficking of heroin and crack cocaine between New York City and North Country, Pennsylvania, the Press Republican reported.

In prison, White was accused of assaulting and biting a prison guard while she was transporting him from his cell. He was then charged with assaulting four other officers in prison.

Despite the violent assaults, White was only sentenced to 12 years in prison as part of a plea bargain.

The spate of attacks on women has left the City of Brotherly Love on edge as crime levels continue to rise, while District Attorney Larry Krasner is being asked to resign over his “soft” policies.

Through June 12, the city recorded 43 homicides, a 30 percent increase from the previous week, and 324 aggravated assaults with a gun, a 13.3 percent increase.

Total crime in Philadelphia is currently up more than 7 percent compared to the same time last year.

And after the city faced a mass shooting last week that killed three and wounded 11, Pennsylvania House Republicans began the process of impeaching Krasner.

“Across the country, people are protesting against the uncontrolled and uncontrolled violence and lawlessness being allowed to happen by radical politicians in the prosecutor’s office like Larry Krasner,” State Rep. Torren Ecker said of the George Soros-backed prosecutor’s office.

“Just last week city businesses said they were considering relocating due to crime spikes. Philadelphia is Pennsylvania’s primary economic engine, a tourist attraction and the birthplace of our freedoms.

“When uncontrolled crime discourages businesses and tourists from visiting and settling in Philadelphia, it affects Pennsylvania as a whole.”

Krasner is now likely to face a recall after San Francisco’s progressive prosecutor Chesa Boudin was ousted from office amid anger over the spiral of crimes eroding locals’ quality of life.

Woke LA DA George Gascon is also about to face his own recall election over similar issues in the crime-plagued City of Angels.
