Tommy Lee Accused of Sexual Assault – TVA Nouvelles

The drummer of the rock group Motley Crue, Tommy Lee, is said to have sexually assaulted a woman during a helicopter flight in 2003. More than 20 years later, the alleged victim is demanding compensation.

According to a complaint document obtained by American celebrity news outlet TMZ, the woman claimed that she was friends with the helicopter pilot and that he had invited her on a tour of San Diego.

However, when we got to the airport, Tommy Lee was there. The complainant was allegedly told that plans had changed and that all three were leaving for Los Angeles.

She said she felt pressured to agree and that Tommy Lee and the pilot allegedly began drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana and snorting cocaine on the flight.

According to the documents, the men pushed the alleged victim into the cockpit to sit on the musician's lap. The rocker immediately started groping her like she had indicated.

Tommy Lee allegedly continued to touch and kiss the complainant without her consent, and when she tried to pull away, he allegedly applied more pressure. He allegedly penetrated her with his fingers and fondled her breasts at the same time, she claimed. In the complaint, the woman said the drummer also allegedly pulled down his pants and tried to push her head toward his penis.

When they arrived in Los Angeles, the rocker would have hugged her before takeoff and the pilot would have taken her back to San Diego in silence.

The incident left her shocked, distressed, humiliated, ashamed and guilty, she said, and said she didn't press charges because she didn't think she would be taken seriously.

Since the incident, the woman is said to have suffered from anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and other physical and psychological damage.

A little over 20 years later, she decided to seek compensation from Tommy Lee.

Neither the rocker nor his lawyers have commented on the matter, according to TMZ, which attempted to obtain their statements.
