Fashion icon and beauty lover Trinny Woodall has packed her no-nonsense day on a plate that keeps her physically fit and alert at 58 — and the moisturizers she uses to maintain her youthful glow.
The British style guru released an extensive live stream alongside her trainer Nathalie Hayward to talk exactly what products and nutrients she swears by to stay healthy and trim well into her 50s.
“I have some very unhealthy habits. I love sugar and I love bread and I love to graze. When I reached that age of menopause, I found that my metabolism was changing and suddenly it was having a negative impact on my body,” said the creator of Trinny London.
“But slowly I’ve made the switch… I’ll still eat bread on the weekends, but during the weekdays I like to start my day with one of two options.”

Trinny opts for either two eggs and a broccoli frittata, tomato and avocado, or a nutritious bowl of Oatly oat milk, mixed seeds, almonds, grated coconut, sesame seeds, cauliflower rice and apricots.
“The first feels good, lots of protein, and the seed breakfast is my other option. Now you might be like, ‘Cauliflower rice, oh how gross,’ but it’s really interesting,” she said.
At lunchtime there is regularly tomato rice, salmon and a selection of vegetables.
“I always have fish and rice, chicken and rice, or quinoa, and I have it every day,” she explained. “It’s filling and full of protein. If I ate a sandwich at lunchtime, I ate a snack at 3 p.m.
Trinny tries to eat dinner fairly early in the evening – around 7pm – to give her body time to digest before bed.
It’s usually always a choice of chicken soup with sourdough lathered with butter and cheese, followed by a dessert of yoghurt, blackberries, chocolate and agave syrup.

In addition to staying focused on her plate of food and incorporating regular exercise — which she often live streams on Instagram — Trinny is also firmly focused on her beauty routine
“And then a Daim bar is my special treat on a Saturday,” she said.

She’s lined her Trinny London skincare line with drip products in order of use, including two cleansers and three scrubs that target specific concerns.
Earlier this month, she launched her next products — energizing moisturizers — that promise to hydrate skin and keep skin plump throughout the day.

“Both of our moisturizers are skincare high-flyers – incredibly absorbing and luscious, they feel like a supercharged hydration boost for your skin. More than just moisturizers, our highly active formulations bring your skin back to life,” she said.
Bounce Back Intense Peptide Moisturizer ($92) is “perfect for skin that’s feeling its age” and targets both wrinkles and loss of firmness.
Powered by peptides and hyaluronic acid, this powerful formula visibly smoothes fine lines and restores radiance to your complexion.
What are Trinny’s top antiaging secrets at 58?
* Cut back on the sugar as much as possible without sacrificing the joy – swap the ice cream for an apple and peanut butter stick or a good quality stick of dark chocolate
* Have a good skin care routine and stick to it
* Only invest in quality skin care equipment if you stick to it. Buy them and see them if you want to see results. Don’t make it a chore and use it on the loo for five minutes when you’re short on time
* Take marine collagen every day and apply it on your face
* Use makeup with nourishing ingredients that heal your skin while you wear it
* Focus on lymphatic drainage methods on your face, it’s great for reducing puffiness
* Listen to your body and your skin, it will tell you physically if you have inflammation in your body
Meanwhile, the Energize Me Niacinamide Moisturizer ($79) uses skin-boosting niacinamide to balance excess oil and balance tone and texture.
“We really focused on adding balanced but very active ingredients,” she said of the range.
“Every single skin issue is about inflammation, whether it’s aging, acne or rosacea, so it’s all about how we can reduce that, which means really good ingredients that can really transform our skin.”
