Even in fiction, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) appears this way in Iron Man 2. But for the head of an Indian technology company, his triumphant arrival at an event turned into a deadly incident.

A video documented the tragedy (see the powerful images at the end of the text), reported in local and international media such as the New York Post and CBS, during the 25th anniversary celebrations of the software company Vistex Your CEO Sanjay Shah and President Vishwanath Raju Datla entered a kind of metal box about six meters high that was to be lowered onto the event stage.

However, what the approximately 700 people present witnessed was that the structure carrying the two executives had a problem with the iron chain supporting the cage and the two fell.
Shah and Datla were rescued and taken to a hospital. The CEO died as a result of his injuries, while the President suffered a serious head injury and remains hospitalized in critical condition.
