A video showing a young child tipping a drag queen with uncovered fake breasts has gone viral, sparking outrage among social media users.
The video, divided on Twitter account @LibsofTikTok, was first posted by TikTok user @davidlovesdragok, who noted the footage was captured in September at Hamburg’s Mary’s in Grand Rapids, Michigan, DailyMail reported. Although the clip shown below is from last year, it has only recently garnered national attention on social media.

The footage shows the man, identified by the TikTok account as drag queen “Yara Sofia,” dressed in drag and dancing in the restaurant with large, fake breasts bouncing back and forth. When he reaches an elderly woman holding a child on her lap, the drag queen moves to cover the artificial breasts while smiling and accepting cash from the small child.
He then collects bills from several other people before heading in front of the stage and banging the fake boobs. A caption for the video simply reads “OMFG”.
Washington Examiner columnist Brad Polumbo said that as a gay person I want absolutely nothing to do with it, in response to @LibsofTikTok’s tweet.
As a gay person, I want absolutely nothing to do with it.
I think many in the LGBT community would agree with me.
Drag is ok for adults.
LET CHILDREN BE CHILDREN.
This is creepy and counterproductive. https://t.co/LGHnt2jAc2

LibsofTikTok’s post has received a number of responses expressing disapproval of the child’s presence at such an event.
“Yara Sofia” is a 38-year-old male named Gabriel Burgos Ortiz from Puerto Rico who appeared on the television show Ru Paul’s Drag Race.
Hamburger Mary’s is a franchise with restaurants across the country. On its website, it describes itself as an “open-air bar and grill for open-minded people,” adding that it “offers an extravagant dining experience.
The now-closed Hamburger Mary’s in Grand Rapids ran an advertisement for Yara Sofia’s performance in September, stating that he would be at the restaurant on September 23.
This month, Breitbart News noted that a viral video of “drag queens dancing in front of babies and toddlers at a Pride event in Dallas” titled “Drag the Kids to Pride” has surfaced, touted as “family friendly.” became.
“The event was anything but ‘family friendly,’ with drag queens lip-synching while the kids offered them money to perform like they were at a strip club,” Breitbart News wrote.
Drag queen story hours, in which men dressed in drag read to young children, have become widespread in recent years. This week, New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) tweeted his support for such events, Breitbart News noted.
