Vince McMahon has reportedly resigned from his position as executive chairman of TKO – the company that founded Endeavor following the $21 billion WWE-UFC merger in September.
A former WWE employee accused McMahon of sex trafficking this week, claiming the 78-year-old billionaire defecated on her head during a threesome, among other things.
“I wanted to inform you that Vince McMahon has tendered his resignation from his positions as TKO Executive Chairman and on the TKO Board of Directors,” WWE President and TKO board member Nick Khan told Variety in an email to employees has seen.
“He will no longer have a role with TKO Group Holdings or WWE.”
In April, it was announced that WWE would be sold to Endeavor Group and merged with UFC to form a brand new company. Endeavor, which owns UFC, owns a 51 percent stake in the combined company, while WWE shareholders own 49 percent.

Janel Grant, who previously agreed to a $3 million settlement in exchange for signing a nondisclosure agreement in 2022, filed a new lawsuit this week against McMahon, the WWE and a former manager.
In that filing, obtained by , Grant claims that McMahon – who denies the allegations – stopped making payments after the first $1 million installment, and she is now seeking to void that agreement.
Additionally, Grant claims she suffered bruises and bleeding after McMahon forcibly penetrated her with sex toys he named after his wrestlers.
She also claims that in June 2021, McMahon and another WWE manager locked her in a room at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, and took turns sexually harassing each other during the workday.
McMahon has responded to the claims through a spokesman who says the 78-year-old wants to fight to clear his name.
“This lawsuit is filled with lies, obscene fabricated incidents that never occurred, and a vindictive distortion of the truth,” a spokesman for McMahon said Thursday. “He will defend himself vigorously.”
WWE had previously described McMahon's sexual relationship with Grant as “consensual” in a 2022 statement.
