The Colombian, who entered the underworld at the age of 11, was known as “The Godmother of Cocaine” and “The Black Widow.” The first nickname is because she really liked the movie The Godfather and referred to herself as “The Godmother”, while the second nickname is because she got rid of each of her partners.

WHO WAS AND HOW DAILY DARÍO SEPÚLVEDA?
Darío Sepúlveda was a hitman who married Griselda Blanco in 1978. Of course, he was an important part of the criminal organization “The Godmother”, and with her he also had a son, named Michael Corleone in honor of the film “The Godfather”.
When the police began cornering her, Griselda became paranoid, causing problems in her business and her marriage. In 1983, Sepúlveda took her son with her and returned to Colombia.
Later, Griselda ordered his death to win back Michael Corleone, although this has not been confirmed. The Miami New Times reported that Dario Sepúlveda “was murdered in Medellín by men dressed as police officers.”
WHAT HAPPENED TO DARÍO SEPÚLVEDA IN “GRISELDA”?
In “Griselda“Darío Sepúlveda (Alberto Guerra) is the hitman Fernando Bravo hires to find his brother Alberto's murderer. When the Colombian drug trafficker locates Blanco, he tries to kill her, but Darío helps “The Black Widow” get rid of her enemy.
Shortly afterwards, Sepúlveda marries Griselda and helps her fight against Papo Mejia, Rafa Salazar and the Ochoas. They have a son and stay together until paranoia and drugs change “The Godmother” and Darío decides to go to Colombia with his son.
While Griselda is in prison, some men come to Darío's mother's house and take the little boy with them. Sepúlveda tries to avoid it and is shot several times.
