Ingrid also shared her top winter skincare tips, saying that skincare enthusiasts should use Hyaluronic Acid for hydration and Niacinamide serums for skin barrier.
She also recommended avoiding the harder vitamin C and instead using oil for mature skin, which helps keep skin healthy year-round and adapts appropriately to each season.
Ingrid’s Global Sculpt treatment, which cost over $200 at her Bondi studio, leaves skin dewy and glowing.
“It’s definitely a fresh glow whenever you bring oxygen like that and when you’re working on the face, not everyone massages a lot in a treatment. There’s so much laser now that people lack the human touch,” she said.
“It’s comfortable and gives your face an oxygen-rich glow thanks to the circulation and nutrients.” Most people say it feels like their face woke up the next day. I wish I had someone to do this to me!’

The former LA skin expert recently performed the treatment for Studio 10 host Jess.
The facial treatment is performed with multiple devices that stimulate the skin through modeling and massage.
“It was a combination of a deep facial massage and the microcurrent to lift, tone and exercise the muscles. It’s the only device that works a muscle in the face… She really liked that, but I have a new device that we love that clamps onto the skin. “We laughed several times, that was funny,” explained Ingrid.
“But this has worked for the resistance of the muscles and the sculpting wands vibrate, which amplifies and complements what I was just doing, which is lifting and tightening the jawline and sculpting under the cheekbones.”

“It really, really works not just for oxygenation to uplift cellular energy and bring it to the face, it’s great for collagen and very anti-aging and non-invasive so great for different skin types and then the globes, you put that a.’ Treatment, pore tightening, lifting and modeling.’
Ingrid said PE Nation co-founder Pip also appreciates the treatment, which helps sculpt her face and define her cheekbones.
“Jess loves it and so does Pip, she loves anything sculpting related,” said Ingrid.

“She’s got these cheekbones and is such a natural beauty.” She’s on the go and busy enough that she needs to bring her skin back to life, so she loves anything that gets her hands on, nourishing, moisturizing and one deep, invigorating massage that will make her beautiful cheekbones shine.”
“It’s an immersive experience because there’s heat and cold, microcurrents and vibrations. It’s actually very special and I’m really proud of it,” she added.
Meanwhile, my client Delta Goodrem swears by Ingrid’s $70 Hydrate Serum.
“It depends on your age and skin type, there is no one size fits all solution.” “You want your skin to be as healthy as possible to function at a cellular level at any time of the year,” she explained
“A good serum won’t dry out your skin, but sometimes because vitamin C is an acid and your pH is different in the winter, it can dry out your skin – adjust your routine seasonally so you’re not using as many AHAs, as it is possible. “Let your skin be a little drier,” she explained.

“Treat your skin to keep it healthy. These include the use of niacinamides, mature skin oils and hyaluronic acid. Don’t use too many oils, but there are other factors that affect the condition of your skin in the winter when you’re sitting in the warm air.’ Day or a heater at night.’
Ingrid’s top 5 winter skin tips
1. Add an oil to your routine and apply as a step after moisturizer
2. Switch to a cream cleanser for a gentler, pH-balanced cleansing and always remember to clean twice with a washcloth to remove makeup
3. Apply a heavy barrier cream every night to protect skin from environmental elements like colder temperatures and freezing winds that cause superficial dehydration
4. When working indoors, make sure to moisturize the skin’s surface with a moisturizing mist or a humidifier at your desk to keep your skin’s hydration constant
5. Remember to layer your products based on consistency. Start with a cleansing cream, then gel-based hyaluronic acid, then a moisturizer and finish with sealing with a nourishing oil. This keeps your skin protected during the day and repaired at night
